Content commenting services allow Users to make and publish their comments on the contents of this Application.

Genetic Information in the context of openSNP refers to genotype information for Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single-nucleotide_polymorphism) as are tested by Direct-To-Consumer genetic testing companies.
Users can upload their genetic information to openSNP.org. The data will be released on openSNP.org under Creative Commons Zero (http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) and is publicly available for everyone to download.
The genetic information will be publicly associated with the username and phenotypic information the user has provided about her/himself.
Phenotypic information are observable traits one features and can include – but are not limited to – morphological traits (height, eye/hair colour etc.), biochemical/biophysical properties (blood type, blood pressure etc.) or clinical information (absence/presence of diseases).
Users can upload phenotypic information to openSNP.org. The data will be released on openSNP.org under Creative Commons Zero (http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) and is publicly available for everyone to download.
The phenotypic information will be publicly associated with the username and genetic information the user has provided about her/himself.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
