The website allows its users to file a request to volunteer during the Festival. Before the application is filed, the Controller provides privacy information according to section 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 is provided to the user. Hereinafter it is possible to find a short version of the document, which can be read in its entirety at the following link
1) purpose of the processing
a) allow the user to apply as a Volunteer for Festivaletteratura;
b) with the sole regard to the e-mail address, and upon specific consent, provide the user with newsletters and informative communications.
2) the basis for the processing: consent by the data subject, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.
3) nature of the processing:
a) point 1.a.: the processing is necessary;
b) punto 1.b.: the processing is voluntary;
4) personal data to be processed: identification data (first and last name, nationality, address, e-mail address, telephone number).
5) Possible recipients of the personal data: Judiciary Authority, supervisory bodies.
6) the period for which the personal data will be stored: for the entire duration of the relationship between the Volunteer and Festivaletteratura and for a maximum of ten years.
In order to complete the application, it is requested to the user to provide the following declaration.
"By filing the application as a volunteer for the next edition of Festivaletteratura, I declare:
- to be aware that my likeness can be photographed and filmed by authorized subjects;
- to expressely authorize Festivaletteratura to use the material that portrays me, without limits of time and free of charge, in order to communicate and promote the Festival through any means of communication, including the press and the internet as well as to collect and store the aforementioned material at the Festival Archive".
The website allows its users to book tickets for the Festival. The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment and possible delivery.
The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of Data collected by this Application depends on the payment system used.
