You can subscribe to our free Newsletter on our website. For registration we collect the following data:

We use MailChimp as a service for our E-Mail-Marketing and as soon as you subscribe the personal data stated above is transferred to MailChimp in oder to deliver the newsletter. MailChimp is compliant to the GDPR.

The legal basis for the processing of the data after the user has registered for the newsletter is the consent of the user Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Purpose of data processing
The collection of the user's e-mail address serves to deliver the newsletter. The newsletter is sent based on the user's registration on the website.
The collection of other personal data in the context of the registration process serves to prevent misuse of the services or the email address used.
Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. The e-mail address of the user is therefore stored as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active. The other personal data collected during the registration process will normally be deleted after a period of seven days.
Opposition and removal possibility
Subscription to the newsletter may be terminated at any time by the user concerned. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in each newsletter. The newsletter is sent on the basis of registration of the user on the website. This also allows a revocation of the consent of the storage of the personal data collected during the registration process.
We point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. Mailchimp does therefore automatically place single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every Newsletter-email sent by our us. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable Mailchimp and us to recognize when subscribers have opened an email or clicked certain links. These technologies record each subscribers email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. Mailchimp uses this data to create reports for us about how an email campaign performed and what actions subscribers took.
