    The Borghi del Turano app accesses and collects precise and approximate device location to provide the "Virtual Guide" feature. Location is used to detect the user's proximity to points of interest via the Bluetooth (BLE) beacons installed in the villages and to send notifications with related content.
    When the user enables the Virtual Guide, location may be collected in the background, that is, even when the app is closed or not in use, to detect points of interest while moving around.
    Location data is processed solely on the device, for the sole purpose of triggering proximity notifications. It is not transmitted to any server, not stored, and not shared with third parties.
    The user can disable the Virtual Guide at any time from the app Settings, or revoke the location permission from the device's system settings.
