Sensitive information: Please do not include special category/sensitive personal data (for example, health or clinical information) in contact form messages. We do not request it and are not a clinical service. If you choose to include such information, we will use it only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and handling your request, and we will limit access to it.
Retention: We keep contact form enquiries and support correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain records of support, then delete or anonymise them in line with our retention practices and legal obligations.
Help Scout is used to receive, organise and respond to customer support enquiries sent via our contact form and support email address. Messages sent to us may be stored and processed within Help Scout so that we can provide support, keep service records and manage follow-ups.
