The software used to find shades for the product "The Dewy Day" collects information about Users’ use of the Software. Particularly, User ID and Device ID are collected for the following purposes:

Improvement of Yepoda’s product performance and bug troubleshooting based on the data generated by End users’ devices, including but not limited to maintenance and monitoring of the proper operation of the Yepoda’s products, fixing any problems in their operation, administering the Yepoda’s products, including troubleshooting, dealing with End users’ inquiries, complaints, and requests addressed to the Distributor in connection with Yepoda’s Product operation;
2. Prevention of Intellectual Property rights infringement by analyzing whether the software was not sublicensed to anyone except Yepoda (“Purpose”).
Such information is used to receive the license/services in a timely manner from the software, in accordance with the respective Agreement and with Yepoda’s legitimate interest.
In any case, the software reserves its right to process any non-personal data of End-users which are related to its performance and functionality (e.g., the time needed for activation, etc.). These data will not allow the software to identify any of the users and will be used for technical improvement.
