Further information about the processing of Personal Data

    • Information pursuant to Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation for applicants

Compliance with data protection regulations is a high priority for our company. In the following we would like to inform you about the collection of your personal data by our company:

      Responsible body

The company to which you have applied is responsible for data collection and processing, i.e. Innoopract Informationssysteme GmbH.

      Data required

When you apply, we process your data needed for the application. This can be contact data, all data related to the application (curriculum vitae, certificates, qualifications, answers to questions, etc.) as well as bank details (to reimburse travel expenses). The legal basis for this is ยง 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act.

      Deleting data

If no legal retention period exists, the data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or the legitimate interest in storage has expired. If no recruitment takes place, this is usually the case no later than six months after completion of the application procedure. In individual cases, individual data may be stored for a longer period of time (e.g. travel expense accounting). The duration of the storage then depends on the legal storage obligations.

      Confidentiality of your data

Your data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Should your documents be of interest for application in one of our other offices (Munich and abroad), we will take the liberty of forwarding your documents there.

      Your data protection rights

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data relating to you and to correct inaccurate data or have such data deleted if one of the reasons stated in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued. You also have the right to restrict the processing if one of the conditions specified in Art. 18 GDPR applies and in the cases specified in Art. 20 GDPR the right to data transfer. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she is of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning him or her violates data protection provisions. In particular, the right of appeal may be exercised before a supervisory authority in the Member State in which the person concerned is staying or working or in which the presumed infringement occurred.
