    SURGEREE will process the special categories of data communicated during registration and use of the platform only and exclusively to provide the service.
    The aforementioned special categories of data may be communicated to professionals (doctors and surgeons working in human and veterinary medicine) who will use the platform to provide the requested service.
    The legal basis of the processing is the performance of the contract. Any refusal to provide this data will result in the impossibility of using the platform. The Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the intended purposes and in any case for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. Thereafter, the data will be destroyed or anonymized.
