For the establishment and execution of ongoing contractual relations, our Company may process data - also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties - qualified as personal by law.

- The data controller is Iglu Cold Systems srl;

Right of access to personal data and other rights:
1. Rights of the interested party (Article 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
The data subject shall have the right to ask the data controller to access the personal data concerning him / her and to correct or delete the data, limit the processing or opposition to the processing, in addition to data portability. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
