    ZonWizard S.r.l. retrieves order and account data from the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API on behalf of authorised Amazon sellers who have granted access through Amazon's OAuth authorisation flow. This data may include limited buyer personal data (such as the VAT number where provided), attributed to the relevant seller. ZonWizard processes this data solely to provide its services to the seller tax calculation and meeting legal requirements — together with reporting and analytics on the seller's own data. Amazon SP-API data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, contacting buyers or manipulating reviews, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is not aggregated or combined across different sellers. The data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Milan region, eu-south-1), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Buyer personal data is deleted within 30 days of order delivery, and all Amazon data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request from Amazon or the seller.
