Flow Studio uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to allow users to connect their Google account and manage YouTube publishing features directly from the app.

Google data we access
When you connect your account with Google, we may access:
• Your basic Google profile information (account ID, name, email address, profile picture);
• Your YouTube channel information (channel ID, channel name and related basic settings);
• Video metadata that you create or manage through Flow Studio (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and visibility settings);
• The authorization tokens required to upload videos and update video metadata on your behalf.

We do not access the content of your emails, Google Drive files, Calendar events or other Google Workspace data.

How we use this data
We use the Google and YouTube data described above only to:
• Authenticate you via Google Sign-In;
• Display your available YouTube channel(s) inside Flow Studio;
• Allow you to create, schedule and publish videos to your YouTube channel;
• Update video metadata (title, description, tags, visibility) when you request it;
• Secure and monitor the Service (for example, to prevent abuse or troubleshoot errors).

We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles, to sell data, or to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve ads, including retargeting or interest-based advertising.

We do not sell Google user data. We only share Google user data with:

TikTok data we access
When you authorize Flow Studio with your TikTok account, we may access:
• Your basic TikTok profile information via the user.info.basic scope (for example: username, profile picture, basic public profile details and your OpenID). 
• The permissions required to upload and publish videos on your behalf via the video.upload and video.publish scopes.
• Video content and metadata that you create, upload or manage through Flow Studio (such as video file, caption, hashtags, visibility settings and related technical information needed for posting). 

We do not access private messages or other TikTok data that are not necessary for authentication and content posting.

How we use this data
We use the TikTok user data described above only to:
• Authenticate you via TikTok Login Kit and connect your TikTok account to Flow Studio.
• Display which TikTok account is connected and allow you to choose where to publish.
• Upload videos and publish posts to your TikTok account when you explicitly request it from within Flow Studio (including scheduling or direct posting). 
• Log basic technical information to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

We do not use TikTok user data to build advertising profiles, we do not sell this data, and we do not use or transfer TikTok user data for targeted advertising.

Data sharing
We do not sell TikTok user data. We only share TikTok user data with:
• Infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, storage, or logging providers) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, solely to operate Flow Studio.
