The personal data that are not necessary in relation to the stated purposes will be of course deleted or converted into an anonymous form. Of course it is emphasized that, the used computer systems for managing the information are already initially configured to mitigate the use of the data.

    The access data of the user will be disclose to our internal administrative and external staff and this list will be provided at the holders registered office. Other suppliers with the same services, IT service companies, outsourcing companies, consultants and freelancers, insurance companies, debt collection agencies, anti-fraud companies, companies and/or patronages, companies and societies, which are declared responsible by us for the specific treatment and the list is also available at the owner's headquarters. In addition, the personal data may also be communicated to the technicians to make any assessment about the property at the land registry and/or at institutions, companies and registries.
