This Website is meant to be used as an overview of A3 Development, LLC (the “Developer”) and its affiliates, as well as an overview of the proposed Condominium Project to be known as “The Estates at Acqualina®” and/or 777 Via Acqualina, a Condominium. In no way whatsoever should the information contained in this Website be relied on for financial, tax, accounting, investment, business or legal advice. All items are subject to modification, change and/or withdrawal, at any time, in the sole discretion of A3 Development, LLC.
This is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of offers to buy, the Project’s individual condominium units in states where such offer or solicitation cannot be made.

The Developer has a limited right to use the names and logos of Acqualina® and The Estates at Acqualina®, and associated marks, variations, logos and stylized forms (the “Marks”). The rights granted under the license do not extend to any buyer and/or prospective buyer. Accordingly, each buyer is hereby advised (and understands and agrees) that by acquiring a Unit in the Project, such buyer has not acquired any interest in, or rights to use, the Marks. The Licensor is not the Developer of the Condominium. Any and all statements, disclosures and/or representations shall be deemed made by the Developer and not by the Licensor, and each buyer agrees to look solely to the Developer (and not to the Licensor and/or any of its affiliates) with respect to any and all matters relating to the marketing and/or development of the Project and with respect to the sales of units therein.

All dimensions are approximate and subject to change, at the Developer’s discretion, and should not be relied upon. CERTAIN ITEMS, IF INCLUDED WITH THE RESIDENCE, SUCH AS MARBLE, STONE, GRANITE, TILE, WOOD AND OTHER NATURAL MATERIALS ARE UNLIKELY, BECAUSE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS, TO BE DUPLICATED AS SHOWN IN ANY MODEL RESIDENCE. PURCHASER SHOULD EXPECT SIZE, COLOR, GRAIN AND QUALITY VARIATIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CHANGES AND VARIANCES IN THE SIZE OF SLABS, TILE AND/OR OTHER MATERIALS UTILIZED IN THE RESIDENCE. CEILING HEIGHTS ARE GENERALLY MEASURED FROM THE TOP OF THE UNFINISHED FLOOR SLAB TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE UPPER UNFINISHED CONCRETE SLAB, WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL CLEARANCE THAT WILL RESULT BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE FINISHED FLOOR COVERINGS AND THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FINISHED CEILING AS SAME MAY BE AFFECTED BY ANY DROP CEILINGS OR SOFFITS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO ACCOMMODATE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. AS A RESULT, ACTUAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE FINISHED FLOOR AND THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FINISHED CEILING, DROP CEILING OR SOFFITS WILL BE LESS. ALL CEILING HEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Stated square footages and dimensions are measured to the exterior boundaries of the exterior walls and the centerline of interior demising walls and in fact vary from the square footage and dimensions that would be determined by using the description and definition of the “Unit” set forth in the Declaration (which generally only includes the interior airspace between the perimeter walls and excludes all interior structural components and other common elements). This method is generally used in sales materials and is provided to allow a prospective buyer to compare the Units with units in other condominium projects that utilize the same method. Accordingly, the area of the actual room will typically be smaller than the product obtained by multiplying the stated length and width. All dimensions are estimates which will vary with actual construction, and all floor plans, specifications and other development plans are subject to change and will not necessarily accurately reflect the final plans and specifications for the development. All depictions of appliances, counters, soffits, floor coverings and other matters of detail, including, without limitation, items of finish and decoration, are conceptual only and are not necessarily included in each Unit.
No real estate broker is authorized to make any representations or other statements regarding the Project, and no agreements with, deposits paid to or other arrangements made with any real estate broker are or shall be binding on the Developer. Unauthorized reproduction, display or other dissemination of such materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. This Website may contain or reference trademarks, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of the Developer and/or other parties. No license to, or right in, any such trademarks, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of the Developer and/or other parties is granted to, or conferred upon, you.
