Students applying for admission to the Institute’s MA, graduate certificate/post-graduate diploma, and semester programs, or registering for the Institute’s online, short courses, and summer study programs, will be transmitting Personal Data that will be used to evaluate the candidate’s application (for MA, graduate certificate/post-graduate diploma, and semester programs) or to register the student (for online, short courses, and summer study programs). In addition, credit card information is captured to pay the application or registration fee. All credit card information submitted to pay the application or registration fee is processed by a third party payment processor.
Student application and registration information is only used internally by the Institute, with the exception of students registering for online courses. The Personal Data of online course registrants is shared in encrypted form with the developer of the online service. Credit card information is used to complete the payment. The Application shares only the data necessary with a third party payment processor to complete the transaction.
Eventbrite (Eventbrite, Inc.)
Tickets to events or classes may be available through EventBrite and are subject to the EventBrite Terms of Service Agreement and EventBrite Privacy Policy. If applicable, payments for tickets are made to EventBrite through EventBrite’s payment processing. Upon receipt of a credit card authorization from a ticket purchase, Eventbrite will email you a confirmation and issue you a unique confirmation number using the email address provided with your order.
