Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google LLC that allows BandTopia to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.
Unless otherwise specified, BandTopia processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. BandTopia isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.

Sentry is a monitoring service provided by Functional Software, Inc. .
This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.
These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
Firebase Cloud Messaging is a message sending service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Firebase Cloud Messaging allows the Owner to send messages and notifications to Users across platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent to single devices, groups of devices, or specific topics or User segments.
By registering or authenticating, Users allow BandTopia to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.
Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, BandTopia will be able to access some Data, stored by these third-party services, for registration or identification purposes.

Auth0 is a registration and authentication service provided by Auth0, Inc. To simplify the registration and authentication process, Auth0 can make use of third-party identity providers and save the information on its platform.
This type of service allows BandTopia to distribute their content using servers located across different countries and to optimize their performance.
Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and the way these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between BandTopia and the User's browser.

Amazon CloudFront is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Google Places API (Google Maps Platform, provided by Google LLC) is used on this Application's servers to look up public venue information for the AI Venue Discovery feature. When a user runs a venue search, search parameters — ZIP code, search radius, venue type, and genre — are sent to Google to retrieve matching public venue listings. This is a server-side lookup; no Google tracking scripts or cookies run in the user's browser. Place of processing: United States — Privacy Policy.
Amazon Bedrock (provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc.) is a managed AI service used on this Application's servers to power AI features such as Venue Discovery recommendations and booking strategy. To generate recommendations, band-related information — including band profile, genre, typical draw, and past gig history (venues, dates, fees, attendance) — is sent to the AI model to rank and explain candidate venues. Processing is server-side. Per AWS, content submitted to Amazon Bedrock is not used to train the underlying models and is not shared with model providers.
