Twine Labs has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.       Twine Labs is subject to oversight by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. If you aren't satisfied with our response, please contact JAMS at https://www.jamsadr.com/file-an-eu-us-privacy-shield-or-safe-harbor-claim. In the event your concern still isn't addressed by JAMS, you may be entitled to a binding arbitration under Privacy Shield and its principles.

However, this data is obtained through third-party data integrations only; twinelabs.com does not collect it. We do not collect any personal data ourselves on employees. twinelabs.com does not collect or process any human resources data except under contract with the data owner.
