To provide direct streaming of its live events, conduct online meetings, and organize conference calls, PrivacyRules uses the service of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., a company based in the United States of America. Based on a standard contract approved by the EU Commission, Zoom has agreed to act as a data processor. The personal data of webinars participants will only be processed to provide the service and won’t be made accessible to third parties. Please, make sure to use the most recent version of Zoom to benefit from the most up-to-date security features implemented by the company.

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning PrivacyRules. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up for it when registering for PrivacyRules activities such as webinars and other events and or after making a purchase.

To host our events (online or in person), we will ask for some of your details for audience identification and organisational purposes. In this case, we may need to share your basic registration information (e.g. name, company, email address) with the co-organisers of the event.
