AddToAny è un servizio fornito da AddToAny LLC che visualizza un widget che permette l’interazione con social network e piattaforme esterne e la condivisione dei contenuti di questa Applicazione.
A seconda della configurazione, questo servizio può mostrare widget appartenenti a terze parti, ad esempio i gestori dei social network su cui condividere le interazioni. In questo caso, anche le terze parti che erogano il widget verranno a conoscenza delle interazione effettuata e dei Dati di Utilizzo relativi alle pagine in cui questo servizio è installato.
I Dati raccolti tramite questo servizio possono essere utilizzati per mostrare annunci sulla base degli interessi dell’Utente. Gli Utenti possono fare opt-out dagli annunci personalizzati consultando la pagina di opt-out della Network Advertising Initiative.

Facebook Audience Network è un servizio pubblicitario fornito da Facebook, Inc. Per una comprensione dell'utilizzo dei dati da parte di Facebook, si prega di consultare la normativa sui dati di Facebook.
Per permettere il funzionamento di Facebook Audience Network, questa Applicazione può utilizzare alcuni identificatori per dispositivi mobili (tra cui Android Advertising ID o Advertising Identifier per OS) ovvero tecnologie simili ai cookie. Tra le modalità attraverso cui Audience Network propone messaggi pubblicitari all’Utente, vi è anche l’utilizzo delle preferenze pubblicitarie di quest’ultimo. L’Utente può controllare la condivisione delle proprie preferenze pubblicitarie all’interno delle impostazioni Ad di Facebook.
L’Utente può effettuare l’opt-out da alcune funzioni di Audience Network targeting mediante le impostazioni del proprio dispositivo. I. Personally-Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

III. Information; Registration; User Names and Passwords
As a ClickFunnels website user, you will be required to create an account with ClickFunnels. You warrant that the information you provide ClickFunnels is truthful and accurate, and that you are not impersonating another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access your ClickFunnels account, and you agree not to transfer your password or User name, or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to your account, to any third party. LOG FILES
Like many other Web sites, manychat.com makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies, and a part of hosting services's analytics. The information inside the log files includes: internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and in some cases, the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track a user's movement around the site, and to gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information, are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
COLLECTING INFORMATION
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
What we collect depends largely on the interaction that takes place between you and ManyChat, most of which can be categorized under the following:
Using ManyChat Software as a Service. When you use any ManyChat Software as a Service, we store all the content you provide, including but not limited to accounts created for team members, files, pictures, project information, and any other information that you provide to the services you use.
For any ManyChat Software as a Service, we also collect data about usage of the software. This may include, but is not limited to, numbers of users, flows, broadcasts etc.
Types of Personal Information:
(i) Users: identification, publicly available social media profile information, e-mail, IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).
(ii) Subscribers: identification and publicly available social media profile information (name, date of birth, gender, geographic location), chat history, navigational data (including chatbot usage information), application integration data, and other electronic data submitted, stored, sent, or received by end users and other personal information, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the Customer in its sole discretion.
Purchasing ManyChat PRO subscription. When you sign up for ManyChat Software as a Service PRO Subscription, we collect information to process your payment and create your customer account. This information includes name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and company name where applicable.
