    This type of service allows the Arts Hub to collect the information required from our customers to provide the requested services. Information gathered from the contact form, allows us to populate our CRM system which allows us to perform the following actions; Provide class information, communicate with parents, timetables, invoicing and automatic reconciliation.
    
    The Arts Hub resides on external servers managed by the service provider itself. The backups may include the source code and content as well as the data that the User provides to The Arts Hub, which will always be in encrypted form. Collected information contains:
    
    Your Name, Your Email ,Contact Number, Relationship to Student, Full Name of Student, Students Age
    Students Date of Birth, Emergency Contact Name & Number, Postal Address, and details of Any Medical Conditions
    
    Data provided to The Arts Hub is provided over an encrypted SSL connection and transmitted to The Arts Hub via TLS enabled email.
    
    The Arts Hub will not disclose your information to third parties except where the law allows or requires, or where you have given your permission to do so.
