      Our hosting accounts and all related databases are backed up on a regular basis, backups are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

      We are resellers for hosting service from 20i. Most of our third-party partners are considered Data Processors, and we, or our customers, are the Data Controller.

      Data provided by our customers and their website users are held on remote secure servers, access to which is restricted to the Owner (as the Data Processor) and the Customer (as the Data Controller). Our technical support providers (20i) may also have access to this data, but only ever if required in the course of resolving a technical issue and with consent from the Data Controller.

      All personal data, both our own and that of our hosting customers, is supplied to 20i through controlled processes that are protected by appropriate measures, including encryption.
