• • User Data Collected with Consent

    1. User meta Data : Email address; first name; last name; employee ID, phone number; profession.
    2. User Face Vector Data : Face image is captured to extract the facial features vector (facial landmarks such as left eye, right eye, nose, moth) for face in the image. Only the face vector data is stored in Oloid’s secure storage while the face image data is discarded.
    3. User Depth Image: Anonymized Face depth map of the user is collected to check for liveness, ie, ensure that the person trying to authenticate is a real person and not a picture of the person. Depth images are occasionally stored in Oloid Cloud Server for training the model and then discarded.
    
    The above user data is collected only post user (employee) consent. The consent is taken as part of the onboarding process in the application or as part of the employment agreement form.
    
    The above user data is stored in Oloid’s secure storage only to be used for the use cases within the user's (employee's) company premise and the data is not shared or sold to any third party system.
