      One Walsall uses the volunteer and organisation registration and matching service of the VC Connect Volunteer Connect platform.
      Our website includes a direct link button to the Volunteer Connect registration process where you can upload your personal details and search for volunteering opportunities.

      One Walsall has a Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn page. Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that One Walsall participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each platform respectively.

    • ValueYou

      One Walsall works in partnership with ValueYou to offer a Volunteer Reward Scheme.
      Volunteers submit their data to ValueYou in order to receive a discount card, Businesses submit their data in order to offer discounts and Organisations/Volunteer Managers/ Coordinators submit their data in order to confirm volunteering hours which have been completed.

    • One Walsall Volunteer Awards

      Nominations for the One Walsall Volunteer Awards are via our website or paper nomination form.

      You will be required to tick to confirm you have been given explicit consent from the volunteer to share their information and contact details for the purpose of the volunteer awards. This includes One Walsall using their contact details to invite them to the volunteer awards evening, creating a certificate in their name and putting their name and achievements into a presentation on the awards evening.

      This application form will be stored electronically and kept for 24 months from the date of the award ceremony. Any hard-copy nomination forms will be safely destroyed once electronically stored. All personal data will be held securely and in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

      One Walsall uses PSIAMS online record tools to process data regarding clients, organisations and patients in receipt of the Social Prescribing service.

      The information which you provide will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will be used for the following purposes: to enable One Walsall to create an electronic and paper record of your needs; to enable the support you need to be arranged and to enable One Walsall to compile statistics for reporting purposes. The information you provide to us will be stored and processed securely on our database system (s) and all data will be held locally or on UK/EU data centres.
