• • User identity verification

    In order to ensure security and compliance in the use of the online services offered by the Owner, the Personal Data collected will be used to carry out a verification of the User's identity via video call with human operator. During the video call, the User will be asked to show himself on camera to confirm his identity and ensure that the registration process has been initiated by a natural person. The legal basis for the processing is the need to execute pre-contractual measures and the legitimate interest of the Owner to prevent fraudulent or illegal activities. The provision of data is optional. Failure to consent to participate in the video call or to appear on camera will result in the impossibility of accessing the online services offered by the Owner. Video calls will only be processed in real time to finalise identity verification and will not result in any further storage of session data. The Owner reserves the right to record video calls made during identity verification. The recordings and information collected will be retained for a maximum period of 1 month from the date of the video call, unless it is necessary to extend the retention period in order to respond to any complaints, reports or disputes and for legal defence purposes.
