Data communication is a contractual obligation and, as a contract requirement, is necessary for its conclusion and for the consequent provision of requested services; therefore, failure to provide data, partial or inaccurate provision will not allow the establishment of the contractual relationship, with the consequent impossibility of providing the service.

Data are currently processed and archived at the offices of the Data Controller and are, furthermore, processed on their behalf by professionals and/or companies authorized to carry out technical, development, management, and administrative-accounting activities, authorized as data processors or independent controllers/authorized subjects/joint controllers.
