    Close's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
    
    Google APIs are leveraged to allow users to:
    
    - Create and log in to Close accounts using OAuth
    - Send emails
    - Schedule calendar events
    - Identify emails and events related to sales activities and display them within the app
    - Display emails and events which match sales leads in our system on the lead for everyone to view (who have a Close account)

  • Sift Science

    We use the personal information we collect in connection with providing you our services to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.   • Data Retention

    We keep customer data only for as long as an account is active or for a limited time as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We will also retain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will either delete or anonymize your information after a reasonable amount of time, or securely store and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible, if deletion is not feasible. When we no longer have a legitimate business reason to process your data, we will securely delete, anonymize, or store it securely and isolate it from further processing until it can be deleted.
