The Data collected and processed by eNomad™ are exclusively those listed in the present documents and precisely: Foursquare Access Token, User location.
As for the Advertising and Analytics services listed below, Users must be aware that the Personal Data involved are autonomously collected and processed by AdMob Google Inc. and Google Analytics.
All the Data is collected automatically when using eNomad™.
Failure to provide certain Personal Data (i.e. Users’ location) may make it impossible for eNomad™ to provide its services.
Retention time
The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, as outlined in the paragraphs below. After a cancellation request, the Data may be kept pursuant to a retention obligation, in which case such Data will be blocked and may only be made available to public authorities and courts of law in connection with any liability deriving from its processing, and will be deleted after the expiration of such retention duty.
Use of the Data
The Data concerning the User is processed to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Advertising and Analytics.
The Data will not be used for any other purposes.
The Personal Data used for each purpose is outlined in the specific sections of this document.
Device permissions for Personal Data access
Depending on the User's specific device, eNomad™ may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of eNomad™.
If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by eNomad™.

Methods of processing by Google and Foursquare
The information and content that Users may access via eNomad™ are provided by either Google or Foursquare APIs (i.e. Application Programming Interfaces) and are entirely processed, via such interfaces, by such third parties.
In order to access any content provided by Google, Users shall NOT be requested to log in or fill in any registration form, since the results of the research performed will be immediately available for them.
Any Data provided by the User, including but not limited to User’s location, reviews, venues etc., are processed by Google and stored in the User’s device.
For further information about how Google processes Personal Data please refer to the privacy policy available at the following link: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
If Users are interested in any information provided by Foursquare, Users will need to log in into their Foursquare account in order to allow eNomad™ to show them the relevant content. Such log in shall be possible exclusively via Foursquare OAuth2.
Upon User log-in, a temporary Foursquare Access Token is generated, linked to that particular User and stored in the User’s device.
After log-in, Users may continue to browse the selected categories within eNomad™ and log off either from Foursquare or from within the Application.
At the end of the session, the Foursquare Access Token is deleted upon Users logging out from within eNomad™.
For further information about how Foursquare processes Personal Data please refer to the privacy policy available at the following link: https://foursquare.com/legal/privacy.
In this case, User must be aware that although the Foursquare Access Token is deleted within eNomad™ at the end of the session, yet in User's Foursquare account, eNomad™ shall still appear as authorised to be synced up with Foursquare.
In order to disconnect/unsync permanently eNomad™, User shall manually change its Foursquare settings, and delete eNomad™ from the list of authorised applications in the section "Settings - Third Party Applications” of Foursquare.
