We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

      Usage of an AI supported Call Agent (AI Agent)
      We use an AI-based call agent to handle incoming phone inquiries. This agent automatically processes spoken content to capture callers’ concerns and forward them accordingly. Certain inquiries (e.g. from suppliers) may be referred to the appropriate internal departments for further processing.

      In the course of this process, personal data such as the phone number, name (if provided by the caller), and the spoken content of the call may be processed.

      The technical operation of the voice agent is carried out by Parloa with the support of service providers contractually bound under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

      Automated decision-making
      There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing the inquiry.

      AI Act Transparency in accordance with Art 50 AI Act
      This AI agent (AI system) is recognizable as obvious artificial intelligence when talking to humans and is communicated as such to the caller at the start of the call as well.
