Usage of an AI supported Call Agent (AI Agent)
We use an AI-based call agent to handle incoming phone inquiries. This agent automatically processes spoken content to capture callers’ concerns and forward them accordingly. Certain inquiries (e.g. from suppliers) may be referred to the appropriate internal departments for further processing.
In the course of this process, personal data such as the phone number, name (if provided by the caller), and the spoken content of the call may be processed.
The technical operation of the voice agent is carried out by Parloa with the support of service providers contractually bound under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service
We use an a Microsoft Azure Service integrating OpenAI Services :

Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) service provided by http://Salesforce.com . The platform is used to manage sales processes and customer information and to optimize customer service. The platform is hosted in Germany for these processing purposes.

This AI agent (AI system) is recognizable as obvious artificial intelligence when talking to humans and is communicated as such to the caller at the start of the call as well.
