• • Addendum for Tourist Guides and Tour Operators

    In the case the user is a Tourist Guide or a Tour Operator, should be considered the following changes:
     * It's not possible to access to Piguto through third-party systems (Facebook/Twitter/Google), but will be allowed only the direct registration to the system
     * During the compilation of the profile, will be requested other personal information, necessary for the platform operation. The personal information requested are:
      date of birth
      sex
      years of experience
      spoken languages
      personal description for every spoken language
      possibility to add scanned personal documents
      fiscal code / vat number
      billing address
      contacts (telephone numbers, email addresses, skype username, web site)
    The absence of this information, where highlighted like mandatory by the graphical interface, could undermine the operation of the user (cfr. Terms and Use Conditions)
     * The tourist guides or the tour operators have a public user profile, viewable from tourists and users. The information that are visible are: name and surname (of the tourist guide) or the company name (for the tour operators), age, sex, years of experience, spoken languages, personal description, list of touristic tours.

    If you fill out the form "Work with us", in order to work with Piguto, will be requested the following personal information:
    name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, spoken languages, tipology, company name (only for tour operators), web site.

  • Piguto's chat

    Inside the Piguto system, we use chat services in order to perform information exchange between tourists and tourist guide or tour operator.
    The chat service is allowed only after a purchase, and the conversations are stored to statistical purpose or for any complain.
