In addition to any opt-out feature provided by any of the services listed in this document, Users may follow the instructions provided by YourOnlineChoices (EU), the Network Advertising Initiative (US) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar initiatives. The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps Users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.

Appway Community is the best place to share your experience about Appway and to get weekly posts on Appway-related themes, from design and user experience to security, and much more (Purpose: to provide support and content for Appway users). Community enables You to chat with Appway users, to share blog posts, open support tickets etc.
For using Appway Community, You need to register and open an account (Appway Employees are registered automatically). When You register and open an account, you need to provide us with some of your personal details. These personal data are required to provide You with the Community service; if you do not provide these personal data, Appway can technically not provide You with the Community Service. Your personal data is processed with the sole purpose of managing Appway and its affiliates' Community-related activities; accordingly, Your personal data may also be transferred to all Appway affiliates which are located in countries outside of Switzerland and the European Union; the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under a data privacy agreement based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU. You can at any time request deletion of your Appway Community account and make use of your other rights as stated above.
If you have a Community Account, it means that you are an Appway User and that you are in an additional contractual relationship with Appway, i.e. that You are either an Appway employee, an Appway Customer or an Appway business partner.
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to fulfill such contractual relationship and will be deleted upon your request or the end of such contractual relationship; however, do note that, while you may at any time make use of your rights, Appway may need to continue to process your personal data if this is a necessity to fulfill a contractual obligation, which may include for example the need to keep your contribution and to identify the user who did so. Such processing is legally permissible under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) as necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, which is to retain, organize and reference the knowledge provided by You through Community.
Webinars are hosted by GoToWebinar which is operated by LogMeIn, 320 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210 in the US. Should you wish to access the webinars you will first need to register directly with GoToWebinar via the booking form.
Any personal information that you provide via the booking form will be held in the US by LogMeIn, Inc and in the Pardot Marketing Automation software.
