Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

GrowMe (referred to below as “GrowMe”, “we” or “us”) respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data are handled with due care. Below is an explanation regarding all of GrowMe’s website (hereafter referred to as the “Website”) and the mobile application (the FeedMe application, hereafter referred to as the: “FeedMe App”) and how we handle the personal data that we receive from you via the Website and/or App. Your details are not shared with third parties without your consent and you yourself may decide what data you do or do not wish to share with others.
The FeedMe App is intended to be used to ask for feedback from any person you want, at anytime, anywhere. The FeedMe App can be used to collect personal feedback in the context of personal growth, team and engagement feedback and feedback and other insights of a larger group. It is also possible to conduct a survey. We are continuously developing our services, so other options and features may become available to you in the future. The provision of all our current and future services via the FeedMe App, are below referred to as our “Services”.
Our starting point is that your account for the FeedMe App is completely private and the information contained therein, including the feedback received or sent by you, cannot be viewed by others, such as the company you are working for or other users of the FeedMe App.
We believe that people will be more likely to ask for feedback if they feel that it is safe to do so and that they won’t be judged or evaluated by someone else. This means respecting your privacy and putting you in charge of your feedback.
So our starting point is that your account for the FeedMe App is completely private and the information contained therein. Feedback received cannot be viewed by others, such as your manager or the company you are working for or by other users of the FeedMe App. The feedback sent by you can only be seen by the recipient.

When you are downloading and/or using the FeedMe App, or when you are opening or using an account via the FeedMe App If you want to use the FeedMe App, you need to create an account via the FeedMe App. To create an account you have to provide us with at least the following personal data:
username (chosen by you);
password (chosen by you); and
the company you work for.
If you register via a third party, such as, but not limited to Facebook, we may receive certain data about you from said third party in order to open and activate your account. We will never publish any personal data or feedback received from (or about) you, on social media or any other public (digital) space.
Optionally, you may also provide us with the following personal data via your account: your first name and surname, a profile avatar or image, photographs and other visual material, your place of residence, date of birth, website, sex, requests for feedback from other users and third parties, as well as the received feedback from those users or third parties, and other personal data.

We use the personal data when you download the FeedMe App and open an account, referred to in article 2 to open and maintain your account, but also to trace, combat and prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorised use of your account.
We keep the data for as long as your account remains open. The optional personal information as referred to in article 2 can be deleted by you at any time. If you deleted this personal data, it will be deleted from our servers too. Please bear in mind that, after we update or remove your data at your request, those data may be present in our backups for some time until those backups are also deleted.
When you request for feedback from other users and third parties

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter or by stating that in your account.

GrowMe uses functional and analytical cookies. It also uses marketing cookies and social and external cookies. It is explain below what those cookies are and how we use them.
The functional cookies ensure that the Website function properly, for instance by keeping you logged in to your account (without having to re-enter your login data).
We use analytical cookies to analyse which pages of the Website you visit at what time. That allows us, among other things, to ensure that optimal use can be made of the Website. We use Google Analytics and TestFlight.

Article 5 – Security
GrowMe applies a security level to the processing of the personal data that suffices, within the possibilities of current technology, to avoid unauthorised access, alteration, publication or loss of your personal data. The security of your personal data is dependent on your account data (username and password) being kept secret. You yourself must arrange for that by handling your account data with due care and never making them available to a third party. The personal data you process via the Website and/or the App, or when using the Service, is stored on servers of Mongolab and Amazon Web Service (AWS) in the European Union.
Article 6 – Right of inspection and removal
You can inspect and update most of your personal data by logging into your account. You may at any time apply for your data at GrowMe or request GrowMe to change or remove them, via firstname.lastname@example.org. GrowMe may be required by law to keep certain personal data. GrowMe cannot remove or update those personal data at your request. Please bear in mind that, after we update or remove your data at your request, those data may be present in our backups for some time until those backups are also deleted. GrowMe processes the personal data in the feedback you provided to the user(s) of the FeedMe App at the instruction of this user. This personal data is managed by the user via its account and GrowMe cannot control this personal data, if and insofar those other users have stored, copied or otherwise used the information on their local device or otherwise. You should contact the user to whom you provided your feedback to, with a request to inspect, update, correct or remove those data.
Article 7 – Third parties
We do not pass on your personal data to a third party without your consent, unless:
the performance of the agreement between you and GrowMe, or the Service so requires, for instance if you provide your feedback to an user (or a group of users), or when you request feedback from other users or third parties;
GrowMe is required by law or in an emergency to pass on your personal data to public authorities; or
if a reorganisation or a transfer of business activities takes place at GrowMe as a result of which GrowMe is required to hand over personal data to another organisation.
Article 8 – Anonymous feedback
You can choose to use the anonymous option in your account when providing the feedback. The receiver of the feedback will not be able to see who sent the feedback. However, please be informed that the content of the feedback may itself lead to you as a person, or if only one person is requested to provide feedback, and using the “anonymous” option will not guarantee your anonymity.
Article X - Shared feedback
Note that any feedback which you have sent to a FeedMe user can be reproduced in a report by that user and those reports can be shared by that user via other channels like email. There is also a Share Feedback feature in FeedMe which allows the feedback requestor to share all feedback received per that specific request to be seen by all people to whom the feedback request was sent. It is your responsibility to notice the shared feed indicator on the feedback request and to decide whether you wish your feedback to be seen by the other users in the same request.

This Application may send push notifications to the User.
This Application may track Users by storing a unique identifier of their device, for analytics purposes or for storing Users' preferences.
Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.
