No Protected Health Information

Hearing Tracker does not intend to collect any protected health information (“PHI”) as such term is defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Hearing aid dispensers initiating hearing aid reviews through the Website should never include PHI in those reviews. In the event that any PHI is discovered by Hearing Tracker on the Website, it will be promptly removed.
