      In addition to the policy below, you may also be subject to the RepairShopr Privacy Policy.

      Within our account at RepairShopr, Brian Semrau Computer Consulting also collects and stores your:

      > Who you were referred by (if applicable)
      > Your business name (if applicable)
      > Your address
      > Your website
      > A link to your computer in our unattended remote access service (if you opted in for that service - you are opted out by default)

      We may occasionally contact you via email for marketing; however, we do our best to keep marketing emails to a minimum. Please let one of our staff know if you would like to opt-out of any marketing emails (by default you are opted in).

      We will also regularly reach out to you via email for communication related to the service being performed for you. This can also be opted out of. Please contact our staff to opt out of this communication.

      We will reach out to you via email and/or mail for billing related communication. You may request to not have invoices emailed and be mailed instead.

      We may reach out via email, phone, and mail for overdue collection attempts.

      At no time is your information sold to any other party.

    • ScreenConnect

      In addition to the policy listed below, you may also be subject to ScreenConnect's Privacy Policy.

      ScreenConnect is the service we use for remote access. The information that may be stored on ScreenConnect is:
      > Your name
      > Your company name
      > Your computer name
      > Information about your computer
      > A unique identifier for your session and/or computer
      > Notes about your computer and or any problems you may be experiencing
      > A low resolution screenshot of what is currently on your computer (not high enough resolution to identify most text - only general shapes)
      > A history of when your computer was online
      > Whether or not you are currently using your computer.
      > Any chat messages exchanged with the technician

      We have three types of remote connections:
      Support access
      Unattended access
      Meeting access

      Within support access, the information is only easily accessible until the session is over since the remote access client is removed from your computer as soon as the session is over. This information may be logged for auditing purposes, but is not easily accessible. It is also only accessible by administrators of the service and only accessed if issues arise where we need to check into whether or not something happened.

      Within unattended access, the information is only easily accessible when the client is installed on your computer. It may also be logged just like support access mentioned above.

      Meeting access is occasionally used and follows the same policy as support access; the only difference is that it stores the information form all computers connected to the session.

    • Kabuto

      We use a third party application from RepairTech called Kabuto as a system monitor application. This may store basic contact information and information regarding the health of your systems, what software is installed, and certain computer usage information. It is also bound by the RepairTech privacy policy found here:

    • Selling goods and services online

      The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment and possible delivery.

      The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of Data collected by this Application depends on the payment system used.
