Types of Data collected
Among the types of Personal Data that Stage TEN collects, by itself or through third parties, there are:
first name, last name, address, username, email address, state, ZIP/Postal code, city, billing address, Cookies, Usage Data, picture and various types of Data.
Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection.
The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Stage TEN.
All Data requested by Stage TEN is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for Stage TEN to provide its services. In cases where Stage TEN specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies — or of other tracking tools — by Stage TEN or by the owners of third-party services used by Stage TEN serves the purpose of providing the service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through Stage TEN.
Mode and place of processing the Data
Methods of processing
The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
Place
The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
Retention time
The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.
The use of the collected Data
The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as the following:
Registration and authentication, Handling payments, Contacting the User, Access to third party accounts, Analytics, Tag Management, Displaying content from external platforms, Hosting and backend infrastructure, Social features, User database management and Managing contacts and sending messages.

Facebook permissions asked by Stage TEN
Stage TEN may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows Stage TEN to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

Basic information
By default, this includes certain User’s Data such as id, name, picture, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the Friends, are also available. If the User has made more of their Data public, more information will be available.
Business Management API
Read and write with Business Management API.
Email
Provides access to the User's primary email address.
Manage Groups
Manage the User's groups.
Manage Pages
Enables the application to retrieve access_tokens for Pages and Applications that the User administrates.
Publish to the Wall
Enables the app to post content, comments, and likes to a User's stream and to the streams of the User's friends.

Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

Access to third party accounts
This type of service allows Stage TEN to access Data from your account on a third party service and perform actions with it.
These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by the User.
Facebook account access (Stage TEN)
This service allows Stage TEN to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook, Inc.
Permissions asked:
Business Management API, Email, Manage Groups, Manage Pages and Publish to the Wall.

YouTube API Services
This service allows STAGE TEN to connect with the User's account on YouTube, provided by Google Inc. Access to YouTube API Services can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.
Personal Data collected and stored: username, email address, profile photo URL. Information accessed: YouTube live videos, live events, live video comments, and stream keys. This is to allow users to live stream to YouTube, view comments, as well as create and manage live streaming events.

Analytics
The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Stage TEN, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Contacting the User
Mailing list or newsletter (Stage TEN)
By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning Stage TEN. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to Stage TEN or after making a purchase.

Displaying content from external platforms
This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of Stage TEN and interact with them.
This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.
Google Fonts
Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, that allows Stage TEN to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.

Handling payments
Payment processing services enable Stage TEN to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. To ensure greater security, Stage TEN shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.
Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails containing invoices or notifications concerning the payment.

Hosting and backend infrastructure
This type of service has the purpose of hosting data and files that enable Stage TEN to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of Stage TEN.
Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a hosting and backend service provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Managing contacts and sending messages
This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.
These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

Registration and authentication
By registering or authenticating, Users allow Stage TEN to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.
Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, Stage TEN will be able to access some Data, stored by these third party services, for registration or identification purposes.
Direct registration (Stage TEN)
The User registers by filling out the registration form and providing the Personal Data directly to Stage TEN.

Public profile (Stage TEN)
Users may have public profiles that other Users can display. In addition to the Personal Data provided, this profile may contain Users' interactions with Stage TEN.

Stage TEN may use the Personal Data provided to allow Users to invite their friends - for example through the address book, if access has been provided - and to suggest friends or connections inside it.

This type of service helps the Owner to manage the tags or scripts needed on Stage TEN in a centralized fashion.
This results in the Users' Data flowing through these services, potentially resulting in the retention of this Data.
Segment (Segment Inc.)
Segment is a tag management service provided by Segment.io, Inc.

User database management
This type of service allows the Owner to build user profiles by starting from an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to Stage TEN, as well as to track User activities through analytics features. This Personal Data may also be matched with publicly available information about the User (such as social networks' profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Owner can display and use for improving Stage TEN.
Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions performed on Stage TEN.
Intercom (Intercom Inc.)
Intercom is a User database management service provided by Intercom Inc.
Intercom can also be used as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within our product(s).

Children usage of the Service
This Service is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to register for the Service or provide any personally identifiable information or use our social, community and public discussion areas, photo and video galleries, chats, and elsewhere. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17, inclusive, must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before using the Service.
If your children disclose information about themselves in publicly accessible areas of the Service, they may get unsolicited messages from other parties. Accordingly, you should tell them not to do so. If you're worried about your children's activities or their privacy on the Service, we encourage you to contact us at the contact details available at the beginning of this document.

California’s "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the business' practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out of our sharing of your information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes or to find out more about your opt-out rights, please contact our Data Controller as described above.

Credit card data
To purchase any service on Stage TEN, User must provide the following credit card data: credit card number, name and surname of the owner of the card, expiration date (i.e. month/year) and CVV. Such data shall be acquired by the payment service provider which, as independent data controller, shall verify the card without passing through the servers of Stage TEN. Therefore, the Owner shall not be allowed to access such data. The data collected shall be encrypted and processed according to the highest security standards (including but not limited to the compliance with the PCI-DSS standard). User can ask for the backup of its credit card data on Stage TEN but such data shall be nonetheless processed by the payment service provider and the Owner shall just save the name and surname of the card holder, the expiration date, the last four numbers of the card and the CVV to prevent frauds in online payments and to simplify Users' purchases. Under no circumstances the credit card data shall be communicated to any third party.

Sharing of video created within Stage TEN via external social networks, platforms and services
User can send invitations or any other type of communications related to any UGC created within Stage TEN by using external social networks already installed in the devices (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, Twich etc.). In these cases, User must be aware that the Data are processed by such third parties according to their privacy policy and without any possibility for the Owner to exercise any kind of control over the further processing of the Data shared by the User.

Sharing and re-sharing of Personal Data within Stage TEN
Please be aware that other users of Stage TEN might re-post or otherwise share what you post, which could include Data such as your name, nickname/screen-name, video and other information about you, as well as information about content that you post. These other users might make such information publicly available. The Owner processes the Data to enable the display on Stage TEN and sharing of such information through Stage TEN by other users.

User identification via a universally unique identifier (UUID)
The mobile application Stage TEN may track Users by storing a so-called universally unique identifier (or short UUID). This identifier is generated upon installation of the mobile application, it persists between application launches and updates, but it is lost when the User deletes the application. A reinstall generates a new UUID. The Owner processes the User's UUID for the following purposes: error tracking and analytics generation, storing Users' preferences, carrying out performance analysis.

This service allows STAGE TEN to connect with the User's account on YouTube, provided by Google Inc. Access to YouTube API Services can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.

Legal action
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of Stage TEN or the related services.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.

In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, Stage TEN may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, Stage TEN and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with Stage TEN (System logs) or use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

The rights of Users based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the Data Controller at the contact information set out above.
Stage TEN does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using Stage TEN and can request that the Data Controller remove the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.

Usage Data
Information collected automatically through Stage TEN (or third-party services employed in Stage TEN), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use Stage TEN, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User
The individual using Stage TEN, which must coincide with or be authorized by the Data Subject, to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Subject
The legal or natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Processor)
The natural person, legal person, public administration or any other body, association or organization authorized by the Data Controller to process the Personal Data in compliance with this privacy policy.
Data Controller (or Owner)
The natural person, legal person, public administration or any other body, association or organization with the right, also jointly with another Data Controller, to make decisions regarding the purposes, and the methods of processing of Personal Data and the means used, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of Stage TEN. User Generated Content (UGC)
Means any information and material displayed by you on Stage TEN and/or any other part of the Services, but excluding the links to third-party sites, apps, addresses or phone numbers and the content provided by the Owner.
