    In order to complete our work as your Architectural Designer we need to hold sensitive personal data.
    
    This data will not be shared with any third party without prior consent from you.
    
    Third parties we will share your data with include your local council Planning and Building Control departments as well as other construction professionals in relation to your project.
    
    Your data will not be used for marketing purposes.
    
    Data will be held for 6 years and then destroyed. This is in line with RIBA good practice guidelines for Architects and Designers.
    
    Access to data
    
    You have the right to request copies of data held by Alison Phillips Design.
    
    We reserve the right to charge a fee for producing the data. The fee will be based upon the administrative cost of providing said data and quoted upon receipt of the request.
    
    We will provide requested data within one calendar month of receiving your request.

  • Webflow CMS

    Our website runs on the enterprise grade and secure Webflow Infrastructure.
    
    Webflow is certified under the Privacy Shield program, which creates a legal framework for transferring the data of EU/Swiss subjects outside of Europe. We provide more detail about this in the International Transfers section of our EU & Swiss Privacy Policy.
    
    Full IP addresses (or any other information that can trace back to a person’s identity) for any hosted site visitor are never stored on disk or in our logs. We anonymize the address by removing the last octet. For example, if your IP address is 157.130.212.112 and the request is temporarily logged, 157.130.212._ is written to the logs instead.
    
    Webflow database servers are hosted on the Amazon Web Services cloud within the United States
