                        This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree No. 101/2018 to users who access the lanzini.it website and relates to all personal data processed in the manner indicated below.
THE DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is EP S.P.A.

The personal data processed is collected either directly from the data subject or automatically.
	•	Data provided directly by the data subject: all personal data that is provided to the Data Controller in any way, directly by the data subject.

Although this data is not collected for the purpose of being associated with the user's identity, it could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow the user to be identified.

Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used allows us to detect when a message has been opened and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP address and browser/device used.
The collection of this data is essential for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems (see the section on Processing Methods) and is an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it is collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by data subjects to:
	•	Only with the user's specific consent, allow them to sign up for specific and additional services such as receiving future informational and promotional communications by email or electronic means.
The provision of data for the purposes of sending newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional.
Refusal to give consent will make it impossible to:
	•	be updated on commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns;
	•	receive offers or other promotional material;
	•	receive personalised offers.
EP S.P.A. does not provide any user information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU is excluded.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

METHOD OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
An annual verification of stored data is performed in order to delete that deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations.
Data processing is normally carried out at the headquarters of EP S.P.A. by personnel or external collaborators duly designated as data processors.
The complete list of data processors and persons in charge of processing personal data can be requested by sending a specific request to info@lanzini.it.
Registration and related processing are considered valid until:
	•	the user unsubscribes (as indicated in each email), or
	•	12 months have passed from the last communication with evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent:
	•	data loss,
	•	illicit or incorrect use,
	•	unauthorised access.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 13 of the GDPR, each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
In particular, the data subject has the right to obtain from EP S.P.A. information on:
	1	the origin of the personal data;
	2	the purposes and methods of processing;
	3	the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/IT tools;
	4	the identification details of the data controller, data processors and designated representative;
	5	the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it.
Furthermore, the data subject has the right to obtain from EP S.P.A.:
	1	the updating, rectification or integration of their data;
	2	the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
	3	access to their data (confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed);
	4	the restriction of processing;
	5	data portability (the right to receive personal data in a structured format);
	6	the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Moreover, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.
In particular, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of:
	•	sending commercial advertising or direct sales material,
	•	carrying out market research,
	•	commercial communication.

UPDATES AND CHANGES
EP S.P.A. reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this Policy in accordance with applicable legislation or measures adopted by the Data Protection Authority.
Such changes or additions will be:

	•	communicated directly to the interested parties by email.
