    We ask customers to document their existing physical network and business related environment such as: square footage, number of employees, physical address, type of Telco/WAN services at each location, number of switches, routers, phones, servers, wireless access points, customer care information, security information, configuration information, address and location of devices, number ports, protocols used, etc. We take a full inventory of what they are running today in their environment and what they are looking to deploy with their project. We also inquire about budget, business drivers leading their company to this decision, external factors, etc. We enable the customer the ability to upload various types of documents, configurations, etc. that provide specific information for their environment to help the Providers to deliver a proposal. Centrinel requests that the Customer protect their identity by removing any 'identifiable' information from any documents they upload (logos, identifying names, room names, street addresses, websites, etc.) and cannot be held responsible for what information is revealed by the uploaded from the Customer that may expose their identity to the provider on these documents. Centrinel plans to resell general data trends derived from multiple data
    groups (pricing, industry, technology, title, company size, etc,) acquired by their questionnaires and profile information, as well as finalized projects created on the Centrinel site, but our intent is to protect any specific and traceable information that can tie any of this data back to any single Customer.
