      P.Cutajar & Co. Ltd. operates a shop (The Store) at the same address as the Head Office. The Store operates a Loyalty program whereby the Customer is given loyalty points every time something is bought.
      What personal data do we collect?

      If you opt to join our loyalty program we will ask you for the following: ID Card, Name, Surname, Email Address.

      Why do we collect this information?

      We need this information to verify your loyalty account and we will use your information to contact you about any offers, sales, events that we may have from time to time.

      What do we do with your information?

      Your information is collected and stored on the POS and replicated to a secure portal hosted on UK Servers.

      We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

      How long do we keep your information for?

      The account remains active with us or until you inform us to close the account.

    • Event Registration

      P.Cutajar & Co. Ltd., Websites and FaceBook pages such as wineclub.com.mt, and The Store shop organise events. We may ask you for your first name, last name, email address, and certain other information as appropriate for the event to be able to contact you for future events, offers, or invites. The information is collected via an app, with given consent.

    • Coffee Orders from P.Cutajar Website

      In order for the Customer to buy Coffee he/she need to be register in order for the order to be delivered. The customer needs to fill a form with the following details: Name, Surname, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email Address.

    • Trade Application Form (New Trade Account)

      What personal data do we collect?

      When you request to open a New Account with P.Cutajar one of our Sales Reps visits the outlet and the rep fills the form On-line. Apart from Business Data such as Outlet Name/Address, we collect the following Personal Information: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, ID Card Number, Owner Signature, Owner ID Card, Guarantor Signature, Guarantor ID Card.

      Why do we collect this information?

      We collect this information in order to perform the due diligence needed to open the account, for credit purposes, for delivery of products, and for contact purposes including sending of statements, offers, events, product catalogues.

      What do we do with your information?

      The Information collected from this secure form will be sent to a centralised Portal and only people with the appropriate security levels have access to it.

      Since P.Cutajar is a Member of The Malta Association of Credit Management (MACM) part of the due diligence may involve transferring any Personal Data found within this agreement to MACM in order for the Company to adhere to the principles, ethics and guidelines issued by MACM from time to time.

      How long do we keep your information for?

      As long you remain an active Customer of P.Cutajar all the information data is kept securely stored on our systems. If for some reason you decide to stop being a P.Cutajar Trade Customer you must inform us in writing on the contact details above and any Personal Data will be removed unless there are pending invoices, loans, or disputes such as Credit Issues in which cases the Data will be kept until the disputes are resolved.

    • Business Details Update (Trade Customers)

      What Data do we collect?

      When we do a database check with our clients to cross check the data, we collect the following Business Data: Outlet Address, Delivery Address, Default Email Address, Accounts Email Address, Purchasing Email Address.

      Why do we collect this information?

      We collect this information in order to make sure that the contact details of the Customer are still relevant and thus be able to deliver of products, and for contact purposes including sending of statements, offers, events, product catalogues.

      What do we do with your information?

      The Information collected from this secure form will be sent to a centralised Portal and only people with the appropriate security levels have access to it.

      We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

      How long do we keep your information for?

      As long you remain an active Customer of P.Cutajar all the information data is kept securely stored on our systems.     • Job Application Form

      What personal data do we collect?

      When submitting a job application we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Resume and Curriculum Vitae.

      When conducting the interview the interviewer may take notes about the process of the Interview.

      Why do we collect this information?

      We collect this information in order to be able to contact you for an Interview and we may also short list applicants based on skills and experience according to what is written in the Resume and CV.

      What do we do with your information?

      The Information collected from this secure form will be sent to a centralised mailbox and only people with the appropriate security levels have access to it. Your application may be printed for the purpose of the Interview to be conducted.

      How long do we keep your information for?

      After the Interview Process is finished all the information collected from the applicants will be deleted automatically from our systems after 3 months. Any hard copies will be shredded during this time frame as well. When the applicant/s are selected and thus they are employees all the information will be kept in the employee file and a new Privacy Policy will come into force.
