• • HEVOS APP

    The HEVOS app is designed with the utmost attention to user privacy. This app is a useful tool dedicated to technical operators who work on elevator systems developed by HEVOS srl. It does not collect any personal data about the user or the device on which it is running. Its main purpose is to view and/or modify the technical parameters of the system to which it is connected via Wi-Fi. To guarantee security, the password for the individual system is provided by the parent company to the technician who uses the app. It is important to underline that, if necessary, there is the possibility of sending all the data of a system directly to the parent company (HEVOS srl) via an HTTP call. This functionality has been implemented to guarantee an optimal assistance service, always respecting the user's privacy.
