    Trading Places Sale will honour all rights of data subjects regarding their personal data, including the right to be forgotten. When a data subject asks to be forgotten, we will delete their personal data from the relevant production system within 28 days if there are no legal grounds for processing it further.
    
    We will delete backup copies of that personal data from our storage solutions as soon as is practically possible, as dictated by our other data retention obligations (e.g., to protect other data stored in the same backup archives, or meet other regulatory or legal requirements). All backup archives get automatically deleted six months after the date of the backup.
    
    Trading Places Sale will always take reasonable steps to keep all personal data secure and inaccessible to unauthorised individuals. Website backup files are stored on the Amazon S3 service and are encrypted.

  • The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13

    Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. Minors may use Trading Places Sale only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstance persons under the age of 13 may use Trading Places Sale.
