• • Advertising platform data (agency services)

    Capital C (CB Digital Marketing Ltd) operates an internal advertising-management platform used to manage and report on advertising campaigns for our clients. With each client's authorization, we access advertising campaign, ad, and performance data via the official APIs of advertising platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Microsoft. For this data we act as a service provider on behalf of, and under the instruction of, the client who owns the relevant advertising account.
    
    We use this data solely to deliver campaign management, reporting, and optimization services to that client. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals. We store only campaign-level and aggregated performance data. For LinkedIn we also process aggregate demographic advertising-reporting data (for example, audience job function or seniority); this data is approximate, contains no individual member identities, and is retained for no more than 12 months. We do not store LinkedIn member profile data, member social-activity data, or individual lead-form responses. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, credentials are held in an encrypted store, and data is transmitted over secure connections.
    
    We handle all data obtained through advertising-platform APIs in accordance with each platform's developer and API terms, including the LinkedIn Marketing API Program terms and its Data Storage Requirements.
