    Once candidates apply to a position opening published on third-party websites, iubenda collects and processes the Personal Data and/or curricula submitted to carry out the recruitment process activities via Workable.

  • Personal Data retention time

    The Personal Data and/or curricula collected by iubenda for the recruitment process activities are stored for a period of time of 2 years.
    
    During this period, iubenda may access the Personal Data and contact the candidates for the opening of new vacancies.
    
    Those candidates who do not wish to be contacted anew by iubenda may independently delete their personal account on the third-party website from which they submitted the application or send a written request to the website in question for the deletion of their Personal Data.
