Users acknowledge and confirm that failure to adhere to these policies may result in their account being blocked from OnelineCRM.
Users confirm they are using the platform at their own discretion and that OnelineCRM is not responsible for any data loss, communication failures, downtime, or any costs or liabilities of any kind.OnelineCRM utilizes several third-party APIs, including but not limited to OpenAI, RealtyMX, Twilio, Sendgrid, and Stripe. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. This includes acknowledging that the OpenAI components within OnelineCRM will read and process your emails and contacts as part of their functionality. You grant OnelineCRM permission to use key data and usage information in an aggregated and anonymized form. This information will be used to enhance the performance of the app, improve user experience, and inform future development decisions. OnelineCRM will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our app, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Email and SMS Sending: Users acknowledge that there are fair usage policies applied to email and SMS sending. If a user's usage is viewed as abusive or significantly outside of our average, OnelineCRM may throttle or suspend their service to protect the integrity of our services.
Users confirm they will use all reasonable efforts to keep their customer data secure, acknowledging they handle sensitive and personally identifiable information.
Users agree not to send any communications via OnelineCRM that violate any laws, ethics, or are not generally considered standard acceptable business use.
By using OnelineCRM, you acknowledge and agree that the app integrates with Gmail. This integration allows OnelineCRM to access, read, and process your emails and contacts. The information obtained from your Gmail account will be utilized in various features of OnelineCRM, including but not limited to the contact view, activity feed, and communication health metrics. You grant OnelineCRM access to the data added to the application, for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
OnelineCRM provides tools for real estate agents to manage their customer communications, deals, and intelligence. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
Users can manage their contacts, including storing contact details, tracking interactions, and managing communication preferences. Users must ensure that all contact data is accurate and up-to-date.
Users can send property listings to their contacts and collect interest and feedback. Users must obtain consent from their contacts before sending property listings. Users must respect and act on feedback and interest collected from contacts.
Users can request marketing forms from the marketing team to support sales activities. Users must provide accurate and complete information when requesting marketing forms.
Users can create forms to send to clients or professionals, including NDAs, terms, and other documents required to support the deals process. Users must ensure that all forms comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users must obtain consent from recipients before sending forms.
Users can register deals and opportunities within the platform. Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering deals and opportunities.
Users can send applications and agreements to customers for e-signature. Users must ensure that all applications and agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users must obtain consent from recipients before sending applications and agreements for e-signature.
Users can view leads available to be worked within the platform. Users must respect the privacy and preferences of leads.
Users can send campaigns, including multi-step email sequences set to specific deal-stage customers automatically. Users must ensure that all campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users must obtain consent from recipients before sending campaigns.
Users can store customer details within the platform. Users must ensure that all customer details are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
Users can view activity logs and communication health to manage their communications. Users must regularly review activity logs and communication health to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Email Domain Reputation: Users acknowledge that failure to follow terms and conditions and state and federal laws can result in damage to their email-sending domain reputation, especially when synced via Gmail. Legal Enforceability: Users acknowledge potential issues with the legal enforceability of contracts and confirm use of the system on an as-is basis. Data Security: Users acknowledge the risk of data breaches, loss, or exposure and agree to take reasonable steps to secure their data. Compliance: Users acknowledge liabilities if they do not follow and listen to unsubscribes and other compliance requirements.
By using OnelineCRM, users consent to store data on our platform and agree to all of our terms of service.
OnelineCRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
OnelineCRM may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
