These Terms govern the use of the WayWidget offered by the Owner in a legally binding way and supplement and integrate the Terms and Conditions of www.iubenda.com, which shall remain fully applicable to any aspects not directly addressed and regulated herein.
Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of the Terms and Conditions of www.iubenda.com.
The User must read this document carefully.
Please note that the current version applies from 18/03/2025 onward.
Nothing in these Terms creates any relationship of employment, agency, or partnership between the involved parties.

The WayWidget is a widget intended to enable persons with disabilities to access a website in a manner that is suitable to their needs.
The WayWidget is developed as a session-based design and UI adjustment tool that performs accessibility modifications. With the interface, visitors can customize Users' websites to their individual accessibility necessities.
Users acknowledge and accept that the WayWidget and relevant features are meant to support accessibility efforts and cannot guarantee full compliance with applicable laws on their own. Users are therefore encouraged to perform a thorough audit of their website to assess and implement all required elements in their accessibility setup.
The base version of the widget offered with the WayWidget is intended to operate and is therefore guaranteed exclusively up to 50 website pages per domain.
Whenever the above threshold is exceeded, to avoid interruptions in the provision of the WayWidget, the User will be required to upgrade to the corresponding tier of the WayWidget subscription.
In any case, the Owner will inform the User via the appropriate communication channels.
