Client's bookings may not be confirmed until an agreement to the statements above and agree to these terms and conditions. The client's booking may not be confirmed until the vendor confirms availability. Once availability is confirmed you will receive your electronic ticket by email (the email address you provide in the booking process).

Descriptions of excursions published by Shore Excursioneer are elaborated either directly by the vendor of Shore Excursioneer. If elaborated by Shore Excursioneer, authorization of the vendor was required prior to publishing. If your excursion does not reflect the description of Shore Excursioneer or in case of a complaint, the issue must be addressed/resolved with the local operator while you are on site. Shore Excursioneer may not be held responsible after the fact. For possible changes to a tour itinerary, vehicle, time, etc., please read below.
Shore Excursioneer reserves the right to make changes to any of the published excursions without prior notice. These may be due to changes required by the vendor or quality or safety improvements. Some excursion pictures shown on our websites may be for informational purposes only and do not apply to a certain excursion.
Prices, descriptions or availability of Products are outlined in the respective sections of this Website and are subject to change without notice.
While Products on this Website are presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, representation on this Website through any means (including, as the case may be, graphic material, images, colors, sounds) is for reference only and implies no warranty as to the characteristics of the purchased Product.

If purchased in another currency, Shore Excursioneer is not responsible for the currency exchange rate applied by the payment processing company or companies.

Meeting information
The meeting information is different depending on the local vendor, this information will be available in the E-ticket confirmation and online Google Maps we will display the exact information. If you have questions about the meeting times, local times, meeting locations, etc. You must contact Shore Excursioneer before your cruise sailing departure. The local vendor reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, content, timing, meeting instructions, etc. If the client fails to show up at the designated meeting location and time, no refund will be granted. If the client decides to abandon the tour at a certain time, no refund will be granted and the client is responsible for their own transportation back to the ship or next tour location, at the client's expense.
Methods of payment
Information related to accepted payment methods is made available during the purchasing process.
Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional conditions or fees. In such cases, related information can be found in the dedicated section of this Website.
All payments are independently processed through third-party services such as PayPal or Stripe, no account is needed for either. Therefore, this Website does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. If a payment through the available methods fails or is refused by the payment service provider, Shore Excursioneer shall be under no obligation to fulfill the purchase order. If a payment fails or is rejected, the user must contact their credit card issuer/bank for further assistance, Shore Excursioneer is unable to collect or finalize the payment should this situation arise.
Cancelation/refund and Money-back-guarantee for services
If the vendor decides to cancel the excursion due to weather conditions or similar, a full refund is granted to the client. The client must contact Shore Excursioneer within 14 working days of the excursion in order to qualify for a possible refund. If participants decide not to participate in an excursion or to abandon an excursion due to weather conditions, no refund will be granted. Shore Excursioneer will guarantee a full refund if your cruise ship does not visit the port of call or makes other changes that do not allow you to attend the booked excursion.
If the vendor decides to cancel the excursion due to weather conditions or similar, a full refund is granted to the client.
Upon receipt of such notice, Shore Excursioneer will verify that all conditions applicable to the money-back guarantee are fulfilled and, if so, refund the purchase price. In this case, Users will no longer have access to the purchased service.
In regards to a deposit or full payment refund for a client with a medical issue that prevents them from participating safely, the client must be present for the excursion and the operator determines the client may not participate - ears unable to clear for diving, body too large to fit into equipment, etc. This applies to the individual only and not the remainder of the group. The client must notify Shore Excursioneer within 14 business days after their excursion date to request a refund. Shore Excursioneer will verify the medical issue with the tour operator. The client may also email Shore Excursioneer a copy of a note from the ship's doctor due to illness.
All cancellations, partial cancellations, and refunds made after 55 days of booking are subject to a processing fee of approximately 5% (applied to online booking payment only) as determined and automatically applied by PayPal/Stripe. Cancellations made within the 55 days time frame of booking are not subject to any fees.
All cancellations must be sent by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com, using the same email registered during the booking process.
Chargebacks that are decided in favor of Shore Excursioneer may be subject to an administration and payment processing fee of up to 40% of original payment.
It is possible that the vendor needs to make a change regarding equipment/vehicle availability, failure, etc. In this case please do not take the excursion if you do not agree to the change, otherwise, if you participate in the excursion, no refund will be granted. Any issues in this regard need to be communicated to Shore Excursioneer as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your excursion date. If the vendor decides to cancel the excursion due to weather conditions or similar, a full refund is granted to the client. The client must contact Shore Excursioneer within 14 working days of the excursion in order to qualify for a possible refund. If participants decide not to participate in an excursion or to abandon an excursion due to weather conditions, no refund will be granted.
Offers and discounts
Shore Excursioneer may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of Products. Any such offer or discount shall always be subject to the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions set out in the corresponding section of this Website.
Offers and discounts are always granted at the Shore Excursioneer 's sole discretion.
Repeated or recurring offers or discounts create no claim/title or right that Users may enforce in the future.
Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks last. If an offer or discount is limited by time, the time indications refer to the time zone of Shore Excursioneer, as indicated in the Shore Excursioneer’s location details in this document, unless otherwise specified.

Notwithstanding the provisions below, any additional or diverging rules applicable to using the Coupon displayed on the corresponding information page or on the Coupon itself shall always prevail.

Users who have purchased products on this Website may take advantage of the after-sales assistance services related to their purchase at no cost for the entire guarantee period by contacting the Shore Excursioneer at the contact details provided in this document.
Indemnification
Shore Excursioneer is acting as a booking agent and therefore is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, costs, or delays resulting from your use of tour services. If any of the above issues occurred on your excursion you will be required to contact your excursion vendor for any responsibility or claim issues. Although we intend to only offer safe excursions provided by professional vendors, any accident or loss of belongings may occur. We recommend following the vendor's rules, regulations, and recommendations. Any lost belongings are sometimes difficult to retrieve after your excursion; we recommend checking after each excursion location and excursion for your belongings. The vendor reserves the right to apply charges for any excursion equipment lost or damaged if rules, regulations, or recommendations are not properly followed. For any of these issues, Shore Excursioneer will refer directly to the vendor for follow-up.
The Service may become inaccessible or it may not function properly with Users’ web browser, mobile device, and/or operating system. The owner cannot be held liable for any perceived or actual damages arising from Service content, operation, or use of this Service.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Owner will appropriately inform the User of these changes.
