Cookie Policy of inkline.ca
This document informs Users about the technologies that help this Application to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example by using a Cookie) or use resources (for example by running a script) on a User’s device as they interact with this Application.
For simplicity, all such technologies are defined as "Trackers" within this document – unless there is a reason to differentiate.
For example, while Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile apps as they are a browser-based Tracker. For this reason, within this document, the term Cookies is only used where it is specifically meant to indicate that particular type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User's consent. Whenever consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time following the instructions provided in this document.
This Application uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called “first-party” Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by a third-party (so-called “third-party” Trackers). Unless otherwise specified within this document, third-party providers may access the Trackers managed by them.
The validity and expiration periods of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifetime set by the Owner or the relevant provider. Some of them expire upon termination of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what’s specified in the descriptions within each of the categories below, Users may find more precise and updated information regarding lifetime specification as well as any other relevant information — such as the presence of other Trackers — in the linked privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.

Sharpspring
Introduction
SharpSpring Cookie Statement
At SharpSpring, we believe in being transparent about how we collect, manage, and use data. This policy provides general information about cookies and the specifics on how, why, and when SharpSpring uses cookies and what their intended purposes are.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website such as www.sharpspring.com. Cookies allow websites to save all sorts of useful information, which helps websites improve your online experience. They are unique to your account or your browser.
How are cookies used?
Websites mainly use cookies to:
- Identify users
- Remember users’ custom preferences
- Help users complete tasks without having to re‑enter information when browsing from one page to another or when visiting the site later.
Cookies can also be used for online behavioural targeted advertising, for example, to show advertisements relevant to something that the user has searched for in the past.
The web server supplying a web page can store a cookie on the user’s computer or mobile device. An external web server that manages files which is included or referenced in a web page is also able to store cookies. All of these cookies are called HTTP header cookies. Another way of storing cookies is through JavaScript code contained or referenced in a web page.
Each time that a user requests a new web page, the web server can receive the values of the cookies that it had previously set and return the page with content relating to these values. Similarly, JavaScript code is able to read a cookie belonging to its domain and perform an action accordingly.
What are the different types of cookies?
When dealing with cookies, there are three high levels of categories:
1. Lifetime Expectancy
2. Party-origin
3. Classification Type.
The lifetime expectancy deals with when a cookie is set to expire. The party-origin classification concerns the domain and party responsible for placing a cookie in a user’s browser.
The combination of the cookie lifetime and party-origin types are then used to further classify the cookie, which in turn dictates whether consent is required from the user who is visiting the web site.
Cookie Lifetime
Session Cookies – These are temporary cookies that are only stored while browsing the site and are deleted after you navigate away from the site or close your browser.
Persistent Cookies – These are longer-term cookies that are stored on your computer even after you navigate away from the site or close your browser. The length of time that these are stored varies depending on their expiration times.
Domain/Party Origin
First-party cookies – These cookies are set by the web sitedomain that you’re visiting. Only the web site that sets these cookies can read them.
Third-party cookies – These are set by someone other than the owner of the web site you are visiting. Embedded or shared content from other web sites typically fall into this category. This can happen when a web page references a file, such a JavaScript file, located outside its domain.

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers give individuals the ability to communicate that they wish not to be tracked while browsing on the Internet. California law requires that we disclose to users how we treat “Do Not Track” requests. The Internet industry has not yet agreed on a definition of what “Do Not Track” means, how compliance with “Do Not Track” would be measured or evaluated, or a common approach to responding to a “Do Not Track” signal. Due to the lack of guidance, we have not yet developed features that would recognize or respond to browser-initiated “Do Not Track” signals in response to California law.
SharpSpring Cookie Usage
SharpSpring uses cookies and similar technologies like single-pixel GIFs and web beacons. We use both session-based and persistent cookies. SharpSpring sets and accesses our own cookies on the domains operated by SharpSpring and its corporate affiliates (collectively, the “Sites”). In addition, we use third-party cookies, like those provided by Google Analytics.
Some cookies are associated with your account and personal information(such as your email address or account Id) in order to remember that you are logged-in. Other cookies are not tied to your account but are unique to you and allow us to carry out analytics and customization, among other similar things.
Cookies can be used to recognize you when you visit a Site or use our Services, remember your preferences, and to give you a personalized experience that’s consistent with your settings. Cookies also make your interactions faster and more secure.

These cookies will usually be third-party cookies, although if a user is visiting the advertising network’s own website it is technically possible these could be first party. They will always be persistent but time-limited cookies. These cookies can be associated with services provided by the third party but this is not always the case. These cookies contain a unique key that is able to distinguish individual users’ browsing habits or store code that can be translated into a set of browsing habits or preferences using information stored elsewhere.
How to manage preferences and provide or withdraw consent
There are various ways to manage Tracker related preferences and to provide and withdraw consent, where relevant:
Users can manage preferences related to Trackers from directly within their own device settings, for example, by preventing the use or storage of Trackers.
Additionally, whenever the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can provide or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences within the cookie notice or by updating such preferences accordingly via the relevant consent-preferences privacy widget, if available.
It is also possible, via relevant browser or device features, to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to remember the User’s initial consent preferences.
Other Trackers in the browser’s local memory may be cleared by deleting the browsing history.
With regard to any third-party Trackers, Users can manage their preferences via the related opt-out link (where provided), by using the means indicated in the third party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party.
Locating Tracker Settings
Users can, for example, find information about how to manage Cookies in the most commonly used browsers at the following addresses:
Users may also manage certain categories of Trackers used on mobile apps by opting out through relevant device settings such as the device advertising settings for mobile devices, or tracking settings in general (Users may open the device settings and look for the relevant setting).
Consequences of denying the use of Trackers
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, please note that Trackers help this Application to provide a better experience and advanced functionalities to Users (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may be unable to provide related features.
