FINALITÀ, BASE GIURIDICA E NATURA DEL CONFERIMENTO
I Dati Personali che l’utente fornisce attraverso il sito web in oggetto saranno trattati da ISTITUTO DI CULTURA PANTHEON S.R.L. S.r.l. esclusivamente per le seguenti finalità:
a) Esecuzione di un contratto di cui l’utente è parte ovvero adozione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dello stesso quali, a titolo esemplificativo, la richiesta di informazioni, di invio di brochure, prenotazione colloqui in ordine alle attività e servizi dallo stesso erogati, anche attraverso la compilazione di appositi form. La base giuridica del trattamento trova fondamento nell’articolo 6 par. 1 lett. a) del GDPR 2016/679 ovvero il trattamento richiede il Consenso esplicito dell’interessato;
c) Inoltro di comunicazioni via email al recapito fornito nell’ambito delle attività di cui al precedente punto a), per la promozione e vendita di prodotti o servizi analoghi a quelli descritti. La base giuridica è rappresentata dall’art. 130, comma 4 del D.Lgs 196/2003 (c.d. soft-spam). In tal caso l’interessato potrà inizialmente o in occasione delle successive comunicazioni rifiutare tale uso e trattamento comunicando nello specifico link presente nelle comunicazioni o inviando un’istanza al Titolare del trattamento, opporsi al trattamento gratuitamente.
d) per partecipare ai percorsi formativi e alle relative lezioni in modalità Live Streaming. La base giuridica del trattamento trova fondamento nell’articolo 6 par. 1 lett. b) del GDPR 2016/679 ovvero il trattamento è necessario per l’esecuzione di un contratto di cui è parte l’interessato. e) finalità di ricerche e analisi statistiche su dati aggregati anonimi, finalizzati a misurare il funzionamento del Sito, misurare il traffico e valutare usabilità e interesse per renderlo più funzionale e performante; Consenso non necessario in quanto non si configura il trattamento di dati personali;
