Data collected from these integrations can be utilized in other steps, such as LLMs, STT, OCR, and other integrations, but are viewed only by the user who integrated the data and are not transferred to third parties.

These AI models are used to automate various processes on our platform, such as text generation, data analysis, content classification, and much more. For this, we only share the data entered directly by users with these models, without using any personal data.
The purpose of sharing this data is to improve the user experience and automate repetitive tasks, increasing productivity. Users have the option to control which data will be sent to the AI models through settings on the platform. All third-party AI models integrated into Tess have full data security guaranteed by the suppliers themselves.
Additionally, we use inappropriate content (NSFW) analysis models to ensure that users are not exposed to unsuitable content. All AI models used are rigorously evaluated to ensure the responsible and ethical use of shared data.
EXPLICIT USER CONSENT
Before using any third-party Artificial Intelligence models, we clearly inform users about the potential data sharing that may occur. This is done through a statement on the login screen of the Tess AI platform, where users must read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, explicitly giving their consent.
By proceeding with the login, the user is agreeing and accepting that certain data entered by them on the platform may be shared with the AI models used by our services, as described in this Privacy Policy. This consent is obtained in a clear and unambiguous manner, and the use of the platform is not permitted without the express acceptance of these conditions.
If the user does not wish to share their data with the AI models, they can opt not to use the platform features that depend on them. Our goal is always to respect the privacy of our users, keeping them informed and obtaining their explicit consent before any information sharing.
User Rights and Data Deletion Requests
