Quickbooks is an invoicing and accounting management service provided by Intuit Limited. that enables and facilitates the management of quotes, invoices and other types of accounting documents. Personal Data are shared with Quickbooks for the purpose of creating electronic invoices upon the fulfillment of a payment by the User. Quickbooks may also be used as an inventory management service.
This Application uses Trackers to enable basic interactions and functionalities, allowing Users to access selected features of the Service and facilitating the User's communication with the Owner.

Google Workspace is an integrated suite of cloud-based productivity, collaboration and storage services provided by Google LLC. Gmail or other G Suite services are not scanned by Google for advertising purposes. In addition, Google does not collect or use data inside these services for advertising purposes in any other way.
Instagram is an image visualization service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows this Application to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.
Google Analytics 4 is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data center or server. Users can learn more by consulting Google’s official documentation.
Google Analytics on this Application has Advertising Reporting Features activated, which collects additional information from the DoubleClick cookie (web activity) and from device advertising IDs (app activity). It allows the Owner to analyze specific behavior and interests Data (traffic Data and Users' ads interaction Data) and, if enabled, demographic Data (information about the age and gender).
Users can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
Google Analytics on this Application makes use of a feature called User ID. This setup allows for a more accurate tracking of Users by associating that User with the same ID over various sessions and devices. It is set up in a way that doesn’t allow Google to personally identify an individual or permanently identify a particular device.
The User ID extension might make it possible to connect Data from Google Analytics with other Data about the User collected by this Application.
The opt-out link below will only opt you out for the device you are on, but not from tracking performed independently by the Owner. Contact the Owner via the email address provided in this privacy policy to object to the aforementioned tracking as well.
This Application uses Google Signals, a feature of Google Analytics, which will associate the visitation information that it collects from this Application with Google information from accounts of signed-in Google-account users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalization. This Google information may include User location, search history, YouTube history and Data from sites that partner with Google – and is used to provide aggregated and anonymized insights into Users' cross device behaviors.
LinkedIn Website Retargeting is a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by LinkedIn Corporation that connects the activity of this Application with the LinkedIn advertising network.
Google Ads conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google LLC that connects data from the Google Ads advertising network with actions performed on this Application.
Google Ads enhanced conversions is an advertising service provided by Google LLC that allows the Owner to send hashed first-party conversion Data to Google in order to improve conversion measurements.
LinkedIn conversion tracking (LinkedIn Insight Tag) is an analytics and behavioral targeting service provided by LinkedIn Corporation that connects data from the LinkedIn advertising network with actions performed on this Application. The LinkedIn Insight Tag tracks conversions that can be attributed to LinkedIn ads and enables to target groups of Users on the base of their past use of this Application.
LinkedIn Audience Expansion is an advertising service provided by LinkedIn Corporation that allows the Owner to expand the available target audience by finding Users who have interests, demographics or online behaviour similar to an existing audience selected by the Owner.
Users can opt out of LinkedIn's use of personalized advertising by visiting LinkedIn's Ads Settings.
TikTok conversion tracking is an analytics and behavioral targeting service provided by TikTok Inc. that connects data from the TikTok advertising network with actions performed on this Application. The TikTok pixel tracks conversions that can be attributed to TikTok ads and enables to target groups of Users on the base of their past use of this Application.
Trackers that do not fit the above categorizations
Cognito authentication
We use Amazon Cognito to handle user registration, login, and account authentication. Cognito processes user credentials and personal information such as email address, name, and IP address, and stores authentication metadata for security and access control purposes. This data is processed solely to enable secure login and account management functionality on our platform.
As part of the authentication process, we also use secure session cookies and tokens to manage user logins and maintain account sessions across different pages. These cookies are strictly necessary for authentication, contain no tracking information, and are automatically removed upon logout or expiration. They are essential to the functioning of the login system and cannot be disabled.
Key Space
We may process personal data internally for legitimate business purposes, including analytics, internal performance monitoring, audit logging, user support, system diagnostics, and fraud prevention. This data is not shared with third parties and is processed only to maintain and improve the security, functionality, and reliability of our services.
We may also process anonymized or aggregated usage data to understand how users interact with specific features of the platform. This includes navigation patterns, feature usage frequency, and workflow completion rates. The purpose of this processing is to improve usability, identify friction points, and inform product development. This data remains strictly internal and is not used for profiling or external marketing.
How to manage preferences on this Application
Users can set or update their preferences via the relevant privacy choices panel available on this Application.
With regard to any third-party Trackers, Users can manage their preferences via the related opt-out link (where provided), by using the means indicated in the third party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party.
How to control or delete Cookies and similar technologies via your device settings
Users may use their own browser settings to:

How to opt out of interest-based advertising
Notwithstanding the above, Users may follow the instructions provided by YourOnlineChoices (EU and UK), the Network Advertising Initiative (US) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services. Such initiatives allow Users to select their tracking preferences for most of the advertising tools. The Owner thus recommends that Users make use of these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.
The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps Users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.
Consequences of denying the use of Trackers
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, please note that Trackers help this Application to provide a better experience and advanced functionalities to Users (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may be unable to provide related features.

Information collected automatically through this Application (or third-party services employed in this Application), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use this Application, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Processor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
Data Controller (or Owner)

Targeted advertising
Targeted advertising means displaying advertisements to a consumer where the advertisement is selected based on Personal Information obtained from that consumer’s activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites or online applications to predict such consumer’s preferences or interests, as defined by the applicable privacy US state law.

Cookie
Cookies are Trackers consisting of small sets of data stored in the User's browser.
Tracker
