Company: enoverso.it

Decodex72 is enoverso.it's proprietary system for generating the user's sensory

expresses preferences that are processed by artificial intelligence models

(body, tannin, acidity, sweetness, alcohol, aromaticity, complexity,
minerality, persistence, balance) and for archetype assignment.

recommendations within the platform. This constitutes automated
decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

The user has the right to:
- Object to profiling at any time, including through their account settings.
- Request human intervention for the review of received recommendations.
- Express their point of view and contest the automated decision.

The legal basis for processing is the user's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)
and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), collected at the start of the profiling test. Consent
may be withdrawn at any time.

active interaction. Raw test data (textual responses) is retained for service
improvement purposes in pseudonymized form.

Place of processing: profile computation is performed via n8n orchestration
(Hetzner servers, Germany, EU) with invocation of external LLM models

Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).
