Terms and Conditions documents generated by iubenda can be customized by using our templating tool.
You’ll need an iubenda support person to unlock this feature for you. When your T&C document is unlocked, you’ll need to go into your T&C admin area where you’d usually add/choose clauses. There you’ll notice that the sidebar now has a “Customize template” button.

Now inside this framework, you can change whatever you want, but be aware that this comes with two downsides:
You’ll see that the “shortcodes” that make up the body of the texts are between [HEADER] as the first element and [DEFINITIONS] as the last one.
All of the shortcodes are named after the actual sections inside the T&C document and it’s therefore easy to understand where a text will show after saving it.
